Announcement of winning Industry-Up Business Contest as Grand Prix of Smart-city/Infrastructure category
Memory Lab, Inc. has been selected as a winner of Industry-Up Business Contest (IUBC), winning Grand Prix of Smart-city/Infrastructure category. The IUBC 2024 is hosted by SUNDRED Co. and co-hosted by Relic Inc., coordinating with TOKYO SUTEAM. For more information, please look up to press release.

The 'Industry-Up Business Contest' (IUBC) aims to support the co-creation of new industries by startups, entrepreneurs and researchers, emphasizing the implementation of business plans from the perspective of a circular economy into realizing them in society. Our company and 14 other teams (5 from each category), participated as semifinalists in the final speech on March 28, 2024. Memory Lab was awarded the Grand Prix in the Smart-city/Infrastructure category.

As a startup support initiative launched by Tokyo Metropolitan Government to achieve the strategic goal of '10x10x10' – increasing the number of startups originating from Tokyo, the number of Tokyo-based companies, and the number of collaborative practices in Tokyo by tenfold, within five years, the project aims to foster the creation of startups of diverse field and support their growth while collaborating with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, encouraging 'partner businesses' to leverage their ideas, networks, and fields of expertise.
